We do not offer returns or refunds. Each piece is handcrafted to order, and all sales are final.

We are happy to offer exchanges if you’d like to swap your item for another style.

All shipping costs, including return postage to Indonesia or South Africa and any import duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

damaged items

We package all of our pieces with sufficient packaging, however in the unfortunate event that your item arrives broken, please email info@lmsatelier.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly. A replacement piece will be sent out in this situation.

Processing Time

All of our pieces are made to order. For all earrings please allow 14 days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. For all Pegasus pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, which will be communicated upon purchase or via email.
